Due to hygiene reasons, underwear items cannot be returned excluding bras and robes.
Exchange Requirements:
To initiate a exchange, a valid receipt is required. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Please ensure that the return request is made within 10 days of the original purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Need to return something you purchased online? No problem! Either pop into a Bodylicious store. However, shipping fees are non-refundable.
